These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through The Coloring Co. website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products
We print and hand bind coloring books in collaboration with independent artists.
- All artwork remains the intellectual property of the respective artists
- Products may vary slightly due to printing and handmade binding
- Colors may differ depending on screen settings
Orders & Contract
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- You will receive an order confirmation email
- A binding contract is formed once your order has been shipped
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT (if applicable)
- Payment is required at checkout
- Prices may change before purchase but not after
Shipping
- Processing time: 3–5 business days (up to 7–10 during busy periods)
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping details
For non-EU orders:
- Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are not included
- These costs are the responsibility of the customer
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Return the item within 14 days after notifying us
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
Returns & Complaints
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
You are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Intellectual Property
All artwork belongs to the original artists and is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Coloring Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
